By hereby and pursuant to Section V, letter A of
General Standard No. 275, dated January 19, 2010 and No. 355 dated 2
of December 2013, of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the
Financial Market (CMF), duly authorized, complements relevant fact informed
On June 8 of the present, in relation to significant changes in the organization of the
company “BLTA AUDIT LIMITADA”, Rol Único Tributario N* 76.105.684-0, registered in the Registry
of External Audit Companies, under number 54.
To specify what refers to the beginning of an integration process with Eluchans
Lawyers, this only has effect with respect to the company “BLTA Consulting Limitada”, RUT
76.779.990-K, a company that as reported owns 45.65% of the rights
social of “BLTA Audit Limited”. This, in the sense that, what has been planned is that the
partners lawyers of “Eluchans y Compañía Abogados SpA”, become partners of “BLTA”
Consulting Limited”. Likewise, the legal partner of “BLTA Consulting Limitada” will become
have minority shareholding in “Eluchans y Compañía Abogados SpA”. It is estimated
that this process will have a maximum duration of 3 months.
On the other hand, I come to specify that Mauricio Alfonso Benítez Córdova, RUT
15.382.100-3, is in the process of incorporation as a partner of “BLTA Consulting Limitada”. By
now, it is not contemplated that he is a partner of “BLTA Audit Limitada”.
Once the corresponding legal procedures have been completed, this will be sent to this
