for the Financial Market (CMF), duly authorized, I communicate the following facts
relevant in relation to the company “BLTA AUDIT LIMITADA”, Unique Tax Role N2
76.105.684-0, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies, under number 54.
1.- Acceptance and Incorporation of New Partner.
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that on 13
Aprilisma date has formalized the entry of Mr. Mario Ernesto Guajardo Gutierrez,
National Identity Card N*11.393.459-K, by means of a public deed of
Social Modification of BLTA AUDIT LIMITADA in the 43″ Notary of Santiago, by virtue of
which BLTA CONSULTING LIMITADA, RUT 76.779.990-K, gives 1% of the rights
social in society. By virtue of the foregoing, its incorporation as
Partner in the area of audit services and once the legal procedures have been completed,
send the background to this Commission.
2.- Registration of Authorized Partners.
