Being duly empowered to this effect and in compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 and in accordance with the instructions contained in General Rule No. 30 of that Commission, I hereby communicate to you, as an essential fact with respect to the Los Héroes Family Allowance Compensation Fund (hereinafter “CCAF Los Héroes”) the following information:
On May 25, 2023, CCAF Los Héroes placed in the financial market commercial bills issued under line No. 150 registered in the registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, whose main characteristics are the following:
Amount: CLP$3.700.000.000
Placement Rate: 0.98%
Amortization: The capital will be paid in full on December 4, 2024
Interest Payment: The securities will not accrue interest on the unpaid capital and were placed at a discount
Expires: December 4, 2024
Risk Rating: N° 1 +/AA-, stable trend by ICR Ratings
