of the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 and
in accordance with the instructions contained in General Rule No. 30 of that Commission,
I hereby inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the Compensation Fund.

On April 27, 2023, CCAF Los Héroes placed trade bills in the financial market
issued under line N*150 entered in the register of the Commission for the Financial Market,
whose main characteristics are the following:
+ Amount: CLP$ 3.000.000.000
e Placement Rate: 1.15%
+ Amortization: The capital will be paid in full on September 11,
2023
+ Interest Payment: The securities will not accrue interest on the unpaid capital
and were placed at a discount
e Expires: September 11, 2023
e Risk Rating: N1+/AA-, trend “Stable” by ICR Rating

The funds from the placement of this series of
Trade bills will be used in their entirety to finance social credit placements.
