Financial Market A corporate bond issued under the 10-year bond line of the
entity, registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market dated 21
of November 2016, under N* 843, whose main characteristics are the following:
Bond Series Y (BHER-Y0422)
Nominal Amount: UF 1,000,000
Cover Rate: UF+4.50%
Term: 6 years
Grace: 3 years
Amortization: semi-annual in equal installments, as of October 20, 2025
Interest Payments: semi-annually
Expires: April 20, 2028
Risk Rating: A (Fitch Ratings) and A+ (ICR Chile).
The funds from the placement of the series Y bond, will be
will mainly allocate to the financing of working capital, to financing of placements
of social credit, to refinancing of liabilities and financing of future projects.
