Securities, and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and
duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar de Los Andes.
Andes (“CCAF Los Andes”), I hereby communicate to you, as a Material Fact with respect to CCAF
Los Andes, its businesses, its values and the supply of them, the following information:
On January 5, the President of the Fund, Mr. Daniel Hurtado Parot, presented his
resignation from his position on the Board of Directors, effective as of February 1, 2023, giving
compliance with the high standards of corporate governance held by both the Chilean Chamber of
the Construction as the own Caja Los Andes, which establish a maximum term of 6 years to
the position of president, term that meets this year.
