Securities, and General Standard No. 30, of this Commission, and duly empowered by the
Board of Directors of Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar de Los Andes (“CCAF Los Andes”),
I hereby communicate to you, as an essential fact regarding CCAF Los Andes, its businesses, its
securities and the supply of them, the following information:
On November 10, 2022, CCAF Los Andes placed corporate bonds
Series BCAJBP0922, charged to the line of 10-year bonds registered under the N”1108 in the Registry
of Securities dated July 14, 2022, for a total amount of $ 5,000,000,000.-. with a rate
of placement of 9.2%, maturing on September 15, 2025.
The funds from this placement will be used to finance the
social credit of CCAF Los Andes.
