With this date, the Chilean Chamber of Construction AG informed us of the designation of Mr.
Joaquín Cortéz Huerta as Business Director, in accordance with the provisions of the statutes of
Caja Los Andes in accordance with Law No. 18,833, a position that will be held until the end of the
period of the current Board, that is, until July 31, 2023.
