From our consideration:
In accordance with Articles 9″ and 10* paragraph 2* of Law No. 18,045, on the
Securities, and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and
duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar de Los Andes.
Andes (“CCAF Los Andes”), I hereby communicate to you, as a Material Fact with respect to CCAF
Los Andes, its businesses, its values and the supply of them, the following information:
As of May 18, 2022, the organizational structure of the Fund has been modified
maintaining a General Management with five direct reports: Transformation Management and
Experience, TAPP Management, Digital CLA Management, CLA Tourism Management (in approval stage)
and the Executive Committee Management is created. The latter will be in charge of Mabel Osses, and will have
operational reports of the People Management and Corporate Affairs, Administration and
Finance, Data and Technology, Products and Benefits, Customers and Risk. In addition, the charges of
Corporate, Fiscal and Comptroller General Manager will continue to be positions of exclusive trust of the
Directory.
Likewise, the current Corporate Risk Manager Jaime Leonart leaves this position to assume
as General Manager of CLA Digital SpA and will assume on an interim basis Ricardo
Vergara.
The aforementioned changes in the structure of Caja Los Andes came into effect as of today.
May 18, 2022.
