duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar de Los Andes.
Andes (“CCAF Los Andes”), I hereby communicate to you, as a Material Fact with respect to CCAF
Los Andes, its businesses, its values and the supply of them, the following information:
On April 7, 2022, CCAF Los Andes placed the bond series
Corporate Series BF of Bullet structure, charged to the 10-year bond line registered under the
N*1,027 in the Securities Registry dated June 19, 2020, for a total amount of 2,000,000
of Development Units, due on March 10, 2027.
The funds from this placement will be used to finance the social credit regime
of CCAF Los Andes.
