By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 “and 10% second paragraph of Law No. 18,045 of 1982 and in the
General Standard N*30 of this Committee, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors,
I communicate to you the following as an ESSENTIAL FACT:
At a meeting held on March 21, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to summon the Board of Directors
Ordinary Shareholders for April 25, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at its offices in Santiago
located in San Sebastián N” 2952 office 202, Las Condes, which will be held in form
Exclusively remote as indicated below. The purpose of that Board is to give its opinion
about the following subjects:
a) To know and pronounce on the Report, Financial Statements and reports of the Auditors
External, corresponding to the year between January 01, 2022 and January 31, 2022

b) Distribution of profits and final dividend for the year as of December 31, 2022.
c) Dividend Policy for 2023. (Circular No. 687 of 1987).
d) Designation of the External Audit Firm.
e) Renewal of the Board of Directors and fixing of its remuneration.
f) Information on those operations referred to in Title XVI of Law 18,046.
g) Determination of the newspaper in which the publications ordered by law will be made.
h) Any matter of social interest and that is not typical of an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
