At the Board meeting held on November 22, 2022, the resignation was made
of the Principal Director Mr. Marcelo Luengo Amar, assuming in his place his Alternate, Mr.
Cristián Martínez Vergara. On the same occasion, he became aware of the resignation of the Director.
