With this same date, the Company together with the 2,500,000 shares in which its capital is divided have been
registered in the Santiago Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange, so that such shares may
be officially listed on the Stock Exchange as of June 23, 2022; the latter date that
coincides with the exchange and material delivery of the Company’s shares to the Company’s shareholders
Eléctrica del Litoral S.A., as reported by Compañía Eléctrica del Litoral S.A. by notice
Published on June 16, 2022 in the electronic newspaper www.lanación.cl, and by communication
Dispatched to its shareholders via certified mail, also on June 16.
