Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on
Securities Market, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in my capacity as
Director of Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator” or the
“Company”), being duly empowered, I hereby inform you, in the character
of Essential Fact the following:
That on January 12, 2023, Mr. Felipe Maul Fonseca presented his
resignation from the position of President and Director of the Administrator, in order to concentrate on his functions
of General Manager of Link Capital Partners SpA, holding company of the Administrator.
In response to the resignation of Mr. Maul, and in accordance with the provisions of article
32 of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations, in his replacement was elected, in a board meeting
of the Company held on January 12, 2023, Mr. Cristián Letelier Braun, until yesterday Manager
General of the Administrator, who will serve as director and President of the Administrator
until the celebration of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, at which it must be renewed
the entire Directory.
In view of the aforementioned appointment and the incompatibility of the charges, Mr.
Letelier ceased to hold the position of General Manager of the Administrator, appointing in his replacement
Mrs. Katy Retamal Villafranca. Ms. Retamal, who joined Link Capital Partners last year
2021, has had an outstanding performance as Operations and Product Manager of the Administrator,
for which the board has offered her the position of General Manager, which she accepted on January 12.
