Ordinary and Extraordinary Contributors
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, duly finding myself
empowered, by means of the present I inform as an essential fact of Investment Fund Link –
PG Direct 2019 (the “Fund”), managed by Link Capital Partners General Manager of

an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.
B. Summons to an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors, to be held immediately at
continuation of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, in order to deal with the
following matters:
1. To approve updating the current text of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, pursuant to the
renaming of Partners Group Direct’s Exempted Limited Partnership

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY AND TO VOTE REMOTELY
Contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its celebration.

informs the Contributors that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies by means
