In accordance with the provisions of Article 10, second paragraph, of Law 18,045, and Circular No. 991,
point 1.1.7., of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”) and finding myself duly
authorized for this purpose, I hereby come to communicate about Liberty Insurance Company
Generales S.A. (the “Company”) the following:
On November 3, Liberty International Chile S.A., majority shareholder of the Company,
acquired 325,072 shares through a purchase and sale with Mrs. Raquel Cifuentes Osorio,
identity card N* 7.366.978-2.
It is also reported that this transaction was reported to the Central Securities Depository (DCV)
who has already updated the register of shareholders of the Company.
