Along with greeting you cordially, I hereby inform that by agreement of the Board of Directors.
of the Sociedad Educativa Leonardo Da Vinci S.A, will be held Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders, which will be made, in first summons, on April 28, 2023, at 8:00 p.m., in
face-to-face modality, in Pasaje Vecinal N*286, Calama.
In accordance with art. 103 of the Regulation of Law 18.046, have the right to participate in the meeting
those shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders at midnight on
Fifth working day prior to that fixed for its celebration.
The items to be discussed are as follows:
. Approval of Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements year 2022.
. Approval of the 2023 budget.
. Distribution of Dividends.
. Appointment of External Auditors year 2023.
The enrollment process will be held in person on Friday, April 28,
2023, your copy of the identity card will be received on both sides and in case of being a representative or
represented, must present power of attorney and a copy of the identity card on both sides of the
shareholder and yours.
