ESSENTIAL FACTS
LEONARDO DA VINCI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY S.A.
While greeting you cordially, I hereby inform you that by
Board of Directors agreement the LEONARDO DA VINCI S.A Educational Society will carry out
Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. The same will be carried out, in first
Citation, on April 29, 2022, at 8:00 p.m., at
dependencies of the school located in Pasaje Vecinal N° 286, Calama.
According to Art. 103 of the Regulation of Law 18.046, have the right
to participate in the meeting, those shareholders who are registered
at the Register of Shareholders at midnight on the previous fifth business day
to that fixed for its celebration.
The points to be addressed are the following:
• Approval of Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements year
2021.
• Approval of the 2022 budget.
• Distribution of Dividends.
• Appointment of External Auditors year 2022.
The enrollment process, whose deadline is April 26
2022 at 13:00 hrs, will be managed by General Management, for which
The shareholder must deliver the power of attorney of his represented, together with the copy
of the identity card on both sides.
All required documents are available at our

In accordance with circular No. 1108, the Company is exempt from sending the
Annual Report 2021, however, it is available on the page
Web of the Educational Society www.cldv.cl, site Community – Shareholders.
