the directors Mr. Francisco Orrego Bauzá and Mr. Francisco Vergara Gutiérrez communicated
his willingness to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company. The directory, along with accepting these
Resignations, made express recognition of his great contributions in the development and consolidation of
