In compliance with the provisions of General Standard No. 364 of the Superintendence of
Valores y Seguros, now the Commission for the Financial Market, representing the company
operator of Gaming Casinos “Latin Gaming Osorno S.A.” (hereinafter, the “Society”), I come in
inform you that on January 17, 2023, Mr. Manuel Fuica Lizama has ceased in office
of General Manager of this company.
In the meantime, and during the period during which the appointment of a new Manager is managed
General holder of the company, will exercise the position, as Substitute General Manager, don
Vicente Figueroa Salas, whose designation in that capacity is authorized by
Exempt Resolution No. 274, dated April 18, 2022, of the Superintendence of Gaming Casinos.
