In compliance with the provisions of General Standard No. 364 of the Superintendence of
Valores y Seguros, now the Commission for the Financial Market, representing the company
operator of Gaming Casinos “Latin Gaming Calama S.A.” (hereinafter, the “Society”), I come in
inform you that on November 29, 2022, Mr. Christian Alejandro Jiménez Cañete
has ceased to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer of this company.
In the meantime, and during the period during which the appointment of a new Manager is managed
General holder of the company, will exercise the position, as Substitute General Manager, don
Vicente Figueroa Salas, whose appointment in that capacity was informed as an Essential Fact to the
Commission for the Financial Market dated April 7 of this year.
