In compliance with the provisions of Article 9″ and paragraph 2″ of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045
on the Securities Market, duly authorized for this purpose, is reported as an essential fact
that the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called for 25
August 2022, due to lack of quorum.
Due to the above, as of today, a letter has been sent in second summons to the
shareholders of the company for the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on 7
October 2022, at 11.00 am, at the company’s offices located at Av. Apoquindo
N*3885, 19th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, in order to know the following subjects:
1. Election of the company’s board of directors.
2. Any other matter of social interest that is not specific to an Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
