Ref.: Communicates result Voluntary Early Redemption Option of Series E Bonds.
Mr. President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045, the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, duly empowered for this purpose, I come to report the following as an essential fact with respect to the company, its securities and public offer thereof:
In relation to the communication made by Essential Fact dated December 23, 2022, referring to the voluntary early redemption option offered to all holders of Series E Bonds issued under the bond line registered in the Securities Registry of its Commission, dated March 16, 2018 under No. 889, currently in circulation, for an amount of 100,000 Development Units for unpaid capital, all in accordance with the provisions of article 130 of Law 18,045, Securities Market Law, in the form, dates and conditions detailed in the Notice published last Monday, December 26, 2022 in the newspaper El Líbero, It is hereby reported that the voluntary early redemption option for Series E Bonds was accepted by bondholders for an amount of 36,000 Development Units, equivalent to 72 Series E Bonds.
