Ref.: Communicates result Voluntary Early Redemption Option of Series E Bonds.
Mr. President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045, the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, duly empowered for this purpose, I come to inform the following as an essential fact regarding the company, its securities and public offer thereof:
In relation to the communication made by Essential Fact dated December 16, 2022, referring to the voluntary early redemption option offered to all holders of Series E Bonds issued under the bond line registered in the Securities Registry of its Commission, dated March 16, 2018 under No. 889, currently in circulation, for an amount of 402,000 Development Units for insoluto capital, all in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of Law No. 18,045, Securities Market Law, in the form, dates and conditions detailed in the Notice published last Monday, December 19, 2022 in the Diario El Líbero and modified with that same date according to a statement published on the website of the Company, hereby informs that the voluntary early redemption option for the Series E Bonds was accepted by bondholders, for an amount of 302,000 Development Units, equivalent to 604 Series E Bonds.
