Ref.: Communicates Voluntary Early Redemption Option for Series E Bonds.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045, the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, duly empowered for this purpose, I come to report the following as an essential fact with respect to the company, its securities and public offer thereof:
Clínica Las Condes S.A. will offer a voluntary early redemption option with its own resources, to all holders of Series E Bonds issued under the line of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of its Commission, dated December 19, 2022 under No. 889, currently in circulation, for a total amount of 402,000 Development Units for unpaid capital, all this in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of Law No. 18,045, Securities Market Law, in the form, dates and conditions detailed in the Notice to be published on December 19, 2022, in the Diario el Líbero, whose text is attached to this communication.
