Dear Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, as well as General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, the undersigned, duly authorized for this purpose, informed you as an essential fact of CLÍNICA LAS CONDES S.A. (the “Company”) that, On this date, Clínica Las Condes S.A. and Finis Terrae University signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”), according to which the parties will jointly implement a comprehensive academic development project, including teaching, research and linkage with the environment, as well as the transfer or creation of those postgraduate and postgraduate programs from the Faculty of Medicine of the University to the dependencies of the Clinic that were agreed by The parties, from the year 2023.
Likewise, the parties agreed on a loan on certain dependencies of the Clinic with the objective that the teaching, research and linkage activities carried out by the Faculty of Medicine of the University, in the various study programs it teaches, both undergraduate and graduate, progressively and in the form agreed by the parties are installed in the Clinic.
