In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, as well as General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, the undersigned, duly authorized for this purpose, informed you as an essential fact of CLÍNICA LAS CONDES S.A. (the “Company”) that, As of today, the collective bargaining process with the Company’s Inter-Enterprise Trade Union has concluded, reaching a full agreement with the aforementioned union. Consequently, the collective bargaining process has been terminated with the signing of the collective labour agreement, which is valid for three years.
