In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, as well as General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, the undersigned, duly authorized for this purpose, informed you as an essential fact of CLÍNICA LAS CONDES S.A. (the “Company”) that, As you are aware, on 1 July, we informed the Committee of its Presidency that Trade Union No. 1 of Workers of the Company had rejected the employer’s last offer in the collective bargaining process. We also note that the compulsory mediation process before the Labour Inspectorate would therefore be initiated, in accordance with the provisions of article 351 of the Labour Code.
We hereby inform you that today, within the framework of the aforementioned mediation, the collective bargaining process has been concluded, reaching a complete agreement with the aforementioned trade union, thus ending the collective bargaining process, with the signing of the collective bargaining agreement, which is valid for three years.
