In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, as well as General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, the undersigned, duly authorized for that purpose, informed you as an essential fact of CLÍNICA LAS CONDES S.A. (the “Company”), that today, as a result of a fiber cut in the data centers of Entel, which is our internet service provider, the Company has been partially paralyzed due to problems of access to its systems.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and despite the fact that it is a failure of exclusive responsibility of the internet provider, emergency protocols have been activated to continue with the social march.
