In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, as well as the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, duly authorized for this purpose, I inform you as an essential fact of CLÍNICA LAS CONDES S.A. (the “Company”) that today as a result of an interruption in the supply service of Internet, provided by the company Entel, the Company has been partially paralyzed its march.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, emergency protocols have been activated to continue with the social march, which should be normalized today as reported by the internet service provider.
