In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045,
the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, duly empowered for that purpose,
I come to report the following as an essential fact regarding society, its values and
Public offer of the same:
Clínica Las Condes S.A. will offer a voluntary early rescue option, with financing and
own resources, to all holders of Series E Bonds issued under the bond line
registered in the Securities Registry of its Commission, dated March 16, 2018 under No. 889,
currently in circulation, for a total amount of up to 106,500 Development Units for concept
of insoluto capital, all in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of Law No. 18,045, Law of
Stock Market, in the form, dates and conditions detailed in the Notice that is published with
this date, in the Diario el Líbero, the text of which is attached to this communication.
