Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial DD3 (the “Fund”), I hereby notify you as a matter of fact that
essential that at the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on May 9
2023, it was agreed as follows:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee, Messrs.
Eguiguren Muñoz, Jorge Zacarías Lapuente and Santiago Honorato Lira, and fixed its
remuneration in 15 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4. It was agreed to designate as the Fund’s external audit firm the firm of
external auditors PKF Chile Auditores Consultores Ltda; and
5. It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s independent appraisers or valuers Analytics
Lab and Pacto Capital.
