Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, duly authorized and in representation of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), administrator of the Larraín Vial Landmark Equity XVI Investment Fund (the “Fund”), I hereby inform you as an essential fact that at the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on May 11, 2023, it was agreed as follows:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, regarding the management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements were approved;
It was agreed to elect Sergio Espínola Ortega, Eduardo Ramos Palma and Pedro Vicente Molina as members of the Supervisory Committee, and their remuneration was set at 20 Unidades de Fomento per meeting, with a maximum of 5 meetings;
The expense budget for the Oversight Committee of 200 Unidades de Fomento was approved;
4. It was agreed to appoint the auditing firm HLB Surlatina as the Fund’s external audit firm;
5. It was agreed to appoint Analytics Lab as the Fund’s independent appraiser or valuator.
