Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the

(the Fund), that at a meeting of the board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, held on April 26, 2023, agreed
the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of USD 8,000,000.00 with
charge to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
May 03, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
