By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Larraín Vial BCP
(the Fund), that at a meeting of the board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, held on December 21, 2022,
agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend in the total amount of USD 99,999.98
charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
December 27, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
