By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N*30, of this Commission, being duly empowered in my capacity as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Inversión Larraín Vial BCP (the Fund), which in a board session of its administrator,
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on 18
May 2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount was agreed
of USD 4,536,755.99 charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
May 25, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
