From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Management of Third-Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in relation to Article 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market, being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact, that in accordance with what was agreed at the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Larraín Vial Activos S. A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Manager), held on May 18, 2023, a capital decrease and distribution of interim dividends of the Fund will be carried out as followsA. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), held on May 18, 2023, a capital decrease and distribution of interim dividends of the Fund will be carried out, in the following terms:
The capital decrease will be carried out by reducing the fund’s quota value by the total amount of USD 343,432, corresponding to USD 110,282.87 for Series R contributors, USD 105,900.37 for Series P contributors and USD 127,248.76 for Series I contributors.
The interim dividend distribution, charged to the Fund’s net income received in 2023, will be a total of USD 66,568, corresponding to USD 21,376.31 for the Series R, USD 20,526.85 for the Series P and USD 24,664.84 for the Series I.
I also inform that the payment of the aforementioned reduction and interim dividend will be made as of May 24, 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N° 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, pro rata to the number of shares they own on that date.
