By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10?

At the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on 28
In April 2023, the following relevant agreements were adopted:
a)
The Balance Sheet for the year ended 31
December 2022, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in
Financial Position, Financial Statements, Report and Report of the
external auditors for the financial year 2022;
It was agreed to pay the shareholders of the Company, a definitive dividend,
in money of $ 1,800,000,000, charged to profits susceptible to
be distributed according to the Balance Sheet and the Financial Statements as at 31
December 2022. Shareholders will be entitled to this dividend
holders of the shares that are registered in the Register of
Shareholders on the fifth business day prior to the date indicated for their
solution or payment. Payment was made and will be paid as follows: (i)
$1,100,000,000 charged to the interim dividend that was distributed during
the financial year 2022; and (ii) 1,800,000,000 that money will be paid, through
Nominative check or deposit in checking account by transfer
electronic, in the offices of the Administrator from the 28th of
April 2023.

(c) The Board agreed to appoint the audit firm KPMG Auditores
Limited consultants for the review of the financial period ending
on December 31, 2023.
d) The board proceeded to the renewal of the board of directors and agreed on the appointment
by Andrés Bulnes Muzard, Andrea Pilar Larraín Soza, Sebastián
Cereceda Silva, Jaime Oliveira Sánchez-Moliní and José Rafael Correa
