Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law N* 18,045, we communicate as an essential fact that the Board of Directors
of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos in a meeting held on
On June 29, 2022, it agreed to distribute provisional dividends to the shareholders of the
Company, for the total amount of $ 1,100,000,000, charged to the profits of the
2022 financial year of the Company.
Finally, it agreed that the payment of the dividends indicated will be made to
as of June 30, 2022, at the offices of the Management Company
located in El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to shareholders who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of
shares held by them at that date.
