REF.: COMMUNICATES RESOLUTIONS OF ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10”
of Law No. 18,045 and in compliance with the provisions of the Character Standard
General No 364, in relation to General Standard No 30 issued by the
Commission for the Financial Market, duly empowered to do so, by the
I hereby inform you, as an essential fact regarding the company Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), which:
At the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on 29
April 2022, the following relevant agreements were adopted:
a)
The Balance Sheet for the year ended 31
December 2021, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in
Financial Position, Financial Statements, Report and Report of the
external auditors for the financial year 2021;
It was agreed to pay the shareholders of the Company, a definitive dividend,
in money of $2,978,477,816, charged to profits likely to
be distributed according to the Balance Sheet and the Financial Statements as at 31
December 2021, decimal places adjusted properly. Have
Right to this dividend the shareholders holding the shares that are
are registered in the Register of Shareholders on the fifth business day
prior to the date indicated for your solution or payment. Payment was made and
Pay as follows: (I) $1,010,000,000 from the dividend
provisional that was distributed during the year 2021; and (ii) 1,968,477,816
which will be paid in cash, by nominative check or deposit in
Current account by electronic transfer, in the offices of the
Administrator as of May 04, 2022.

(c) The Board agreed to appoint the audit firm KPMG Auditores
Limited consultants for the review of the financial period ending
on December 31, 2022.
