Dear Mrs. Solange:
Along with greeting you and in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 275,
Point V, Section A dated January 19, 2010 of this Commission, is that I come to inform the
following Essential Fact of the Company Landa Auditores SpA, RUT 76.562.674-9 (the “Company”).
We inform this Commission for the Financial Market that the shareholders agreed to the
transformation of Landa Auditores SpA, registration number 4 96, from a joint stock company
to a limited liability company.
Landa Auditores Limitada will continue with the same turn and the same Single Tax Role, since
that this transformation corresponds only to a change of species or social type of the company,
carried out by reform of its statutes, subsisting its legal personality.
All legal endorsements that support the facts reported above will be sent
to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of NCG N*275, once the
Corresponding legal formalities.
