In accordance with the provisions of Section V.A of General Standard No. 275 of
Dated January 19, 2010 (with its modifications), we communicate the following Relevant Fact
in relation to Kreston Macro Consultores Auditores SpA (hereinafter Kreston MCA), sole role
tax N* 76.452.973-1, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies under N* 95.
On May 18, 2022, share purchase agreements have been formalized
of Kreston Macro Consultores Auditores SpA, between different shareholders of this, being its detail
Next:
Mr. Waldo Patricio Morales Jiménez, sells, assigns and transfers, all of his
shares, 163,800 Series B shares, to each of the following persons, Hans Alberto
Caro Larsen 61,268 shares, Eduardo Antonio Medina Corvalán 51,266 shares and José
David Molina Candia 51,266 shares.
IL Mr. Jorge Alberto Muñoz Barría, sells, assigns and transfers, all of his shares,
163,000 Series B shares, to each of the following persons, Hans Alberto Caro Larsen
51,000 shares, Eduardo Antonio Medina Corvalán 51,000 shares and José David Molina
Candia 61,000 shares.
1 Mr. Cristián Eduardo González López, sells, assigns and transfers, all of his
shares, 100 shares series B, to Mr. Eduardo Antonio Medina Corvalán.
As a result of these purchases of shares, Mr. Waldo Patricio Morales
Jiménez, Jorge Alberto Muñoz Barría and Cristián Eduardo González López cease to belong to the
signature. For this reason, we request to disable the registration of signatures enabled to subscribe reports
of audit to Messrs. Morales and Muñoz.
The updated shareholder composition, once these purchases have been imputed, is as follows:

e Juan Reinaldo Marín Hernández 15.4100%
e Hans Alberto Caro Larsen 12.2268%
e José David Molina Candia 12.2266%
and Eduardo Antonio Medina Corvalán 11.2366%
Messrs. Marín, Caro, Molina and Medina remain as authorized firms to direct,
Conduct and subscribe audit reports.
As required by General Standard No. 275, we will send through “CMF without
role” of the Commission for the Financial Market, the legal background supporting the
Transactions marked.
