In accordance with the provisions of section V, letter A of General Standard number 275
issued by your Commission (formerly Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) on January 19
of 2010, as amended by General Standard No. 355 dated December 2, 2013
(the “NCG _N*275”), we communicate the following Relevant Fact in relation to KPMG Auditores
Consultores SpA, Rol Único Tributario N*89.907.300-2, registered in the Registry of Companies of
External Audit under number 9, hereinafter “KPMG Chile” or the “Company”.
MEMBERSHIP
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that, as of today, 5 August 2022,
was formalized, through a subscription contract for shares of the Company, the income of don
Pedro Pontaque García as partner (shareholder) in the Advisory or Consulting area of KPMG Chile.
The legal background that supports the entry of the new shareholder (partner) to KPMG Chile is
shall send this Commission in accordance with the provisions of NCG N*275, once the
Legal formalities for the subscription of shares aforesaid have been completed.
