In accordance with the provisions of section V letter A of the General Standard number 275
issued by your Commission (formerly Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) on January 19
of 2010 (the “NCG N* 275”), as amended by General Standard N* 355 dated 2 of
December 2013, we communicate the following Relevant Fact in relation to KPMG Auditores
Consultores SpA, Rol Único Tributario N*89.907.300-2, registered in the Registry of Companies of
External Audit under number 9, hereinafter “KPMG Chile” or the “Company”.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that, as of June 13, 2022, we will start
A gradual relocation of all professionals, in the different service lines, and personnel
administrative, to a new address, located at Presidente Riesco N*5685, Las Condes, Santiago.
With this modification, we will gradually begin to stop using our spaces in Isidora
Goyenechea N*3520 and Avenida Apoquindo N*3039 towards October 2022,
materializing our change of legal address on July 1, 2022 by that of President
Riesco N*5685, 24th floor, Las Condes, Santiago.
The lease contracts of the leased apartments in the building located in Presidente Riesco
N*5685, Las Condes, Santiago, will be sent to this Commission through the CMF Sin Papel platform.
