In accordance with the provisions of section V letter A of the General Standard number 275
issued by your Commission (formerly Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) on January 19
of 2010 (the “NCG N* 275”), as amended by General Standard N* 355 dated 2 of
December 2013, we communicate the following Relevant Fact in relation to KPMG Auditores
Consultores SpA, Rol Único Tributario N*89.907.300-2, registered in the Registry of Companies of
External Audit under number 9, hereinafter “KPMG Chile” or the “Company”.
PARTNER WITHDRAWAL
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that, on May 2, 2022, the meeting
extraordinary shareholders of KPMG Chile agreed to a capital reduction to materialize the
departure of the shareholder (partner) Mr. Roberto Eduardo Muñoz Galaz, who ceased to be a shareholder (partner)
from that same date.
The legal background supporting the exit of the aforementioned shareholders (partners) from KPMG
Chile shall refer to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of NCG N*275, once they have
completed the legal formalities that correspond to each case.
