of Securities, and to General Standard No. 30 of the Superintendence of Securities and
Insurance (now the Commission for the Financial Market), for this communication
We inform about the company Klare Corredora de Seguros S.A., hereinafter the
“Society”, which was held on Friday, April 21, at the company’s offices the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, in which it was agreed, among other matters,
of ordinary meetings, the election of the Board of Directors for a new period of three years,
re-elected as principal conductors Mr. Guillermo Sabater Maroto, Marcos Thomas
Ávila, Sergio Bórquez Olivari and Andrés Videla Jiménez, and being appointed as principal conductor in the
vacant position to Mr. José Luis Luarte Espinoza.
