In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Market
of Securities and the provisions of Chapter 18-10 of the Updated Collection of
Rules of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CME”), I inform you on
Essential Fact that I detail below:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Banco Itaú Chile, held today, 20
April 2023, the following agreements were adopted, among others:
1.- The Board of Directors was completely renewed, and the following were elected:
seven (7) Principal Directors and one (1) Alternate Director, in accordance with the Bylaws of
Banco Itaú Chile:

It is made present that the titular directors, Mr. Pedro Samhan Escándar and Luis
Octavio Bofill Genzsch, were appointed as independent directors, of
in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 bis of Law No. 18,046 on
Corporations.

2. It was approved to distribute 30% of the profits of the year 2022, which
corresponds to the amount of $130,123,237,338, as a dividend to shareholders, between
the total of 973,517,871,202 shares subscribed and paid for by the Bank and that, therefore,
Corresponds to a dividend of $0.1336629158920 per share. It was also approved
by the Board that the remaining 70% of the profits be withheld.
The dividends will be available to shareholders from the day
April 25, 2023. In this way, they will be entitled to receive dividends
shareholders who were registered in the Register of Shareholders at midnight
of April 19, 2023, that is, those who are registered in said register with
5 business days in advance of the payment date.
