Dear Madam President,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of
Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, in relation to articles 9 and 10 of the Law
N?18.045 on Mercado de Valores, ltaú Administradora General de Fondos S.A., hereinafter
“Itaú AGF” communicates to you the following essential facts regarding the Index Mutual Fund
Acciones Brasil and Fondo Mutuo Índice Bonos Brasil, hereinafter “the Funds”, both
administered by Itaú AGF:
On December 6, 2022, at the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of ltaú AGF
approved the liquidation of the Brazil Stock Index Mutual Fund and the Bond Index Mutual Fund
Brazil, mutual funds whose Internal Regulations were deposited in the Public Registry of
Deposit of the Regulations on 29 May 2019 and 10 June 2019 respectively.
The liquidation process will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20,712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and the internal regulations of the
Funds.
