In accordance with the provisions of article
N*9, second paragraph and Article N*10 of Law N*18.045, I inform the Commission that you
presides, as an essential fact, that, as of today, 8 September 2022, in
Extraordinary Board Session N* 816, was appointed to the position of General Manager of
Zona Franca de Iquique S.A., to Mr. JAIME ENRIQUE SOTO ZURA, profession Engineer
commercial of the University of Chile.
Mr. Jaime Soto Zura to date
held the position in an interim capacity and, as of today, 08 December 2022,
assumes his functions in the Company as holder.
