Ordinary Shareholders held on April 12, 2022, at
17:00 hrs, the distribution of a definitive dividend No38 was agreed,
for a total value of $600,995,083, divided into 10,993,232 shares,
equivalent to $54.6695533 per share, which will be paid from
of May 12, 2022.
